Post: ***CASH OFFER lenders****

Hello All,

I have identified a property to buy rehab and eventually convert to an AirBNB.

The only issues is the property is currently sold as a CASH offer only.

I know there are lenders/companies out there that offer to buy homes for cash.

Can anyone point to the ones they have used and are trusted?

Hello BP family,

I was looking for STR/Vacation rental properties in the Russian River, Guernville area. I recently drove up to the area and loved its proximity to SF, Sonoma Coast and Wine country.

I would like to connect with someone who owns properties here and is looking to invest. I ran the numbers on AirDNA and Mashvisor on some of the properties for sale and it makes sense. I'd like to take a deeper dive and know more about the STR laws in and around the area.

Looking forward to the replies!

Also are there any companies in the area that manage the STR's?

Would you mind sharing your numbers here? Just wanting to see what kind of cash flow is there in Big Bear market after accounting for management fees etc.

hi Mike, I would love to talk to you if possible. I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a property in Big Bear tomorrow and I will need someone to help me manage it. Would you be open to helping me vetting my deal?

Hi, I own two homes, and manage 15 others, success is obviously based upon a few factors, how much did you pay for the place, how much of a mortgage do you have, did you buy the right place that makes all that money plus, back. Obviously if you bought four years ago your home is much cheaper than if you try to buy one now at the height too. And that definitely makes a difference.

Thank you Trish ! What areas of grass valley and Nevada city do you have your rental in ?

Hello All,

For those into STR/Airbnb in CA, what mountain towns do you have investments in and which mountain towns do you think are doing well for STR/Airbnb in terms of occupancy rates and cash flow?
