New Indianapolis Investor

John Lanzetta
Posted

Hello, I'm looking to enter the Indianapolis SFR market within the next 2 months or so. I'm generally looking to invest in a lower maintenance turnkey property as I'm investing first time out of state. I am, however, open to ideas as my goal is to achieve a strong monthly cash flow. I'm looking to connect with investors who have found success with SFRs in this market. I'm also searching for a motivated and investment-minded local agent.

Thanks in advance!

Hi John! Welcome to the Indianapolis market. I have had my first turnkey here. Now, I have more than a hundred doors. I would love to help/share my experiences and chat with you more if you're interested.
