Normally, when someone moves out, if they leave early and keep the apartment in good condition, I offer to refund the rent for up to seven days. Many people will accept me if they can.

You can reduce the rent for this day and let the tenants choose where they want to live during the repair. Fortunately it is summer, otherwise it is very bad. The point is how you communicate.

Many people in the United States rent houses and invest in properties that are also rented out. If you are old enough to buy a property, the conditions are enough and you can become a landlord. Good luck!

If you haven’t listed it in your lease, you don’t have to. It seems your property manager is so unprofessional.

Can you take more appealing photos about it, maybe? Or you can think about the price, is it competitive in the market.

I'm not sure now.
