Why is my house not renting?

Hello,

I have a 5/3.5, new construction home that I recently put in the market. I've received inquiries but no signed contract. I posted the link below to see if I might be missing something obvious here. There's not a lot of similar homes in the area.

@Ronnie Hutchinson,

Sorry buddy, you need to get some better staging and photos to get some action on this puppy.  If after that, it's still not moving, it's the PRICE.

PS:  loose the photo of the back yard trampoline (or whatever that thing is).  It is hurting, not helping.

Good luck!
