I was in a similar situation to you not too long ago! Having the right broker support that aligns with what you are trying to achieve is essential. Training was one of the keys for me as well. I found myself with a heavy load to carry when it came time to begin training the first new member of my team at the small established broker I was at.

I will say this: You're off to a phenomenal start! I'll actually be in San Diego this upcoming week and would love to meet to show you what is working for me now and more than likely help you take a step in the right direction in the time ahead!
