New San Antonio investors looking for a realtor and saying hi

My wife and I are avid listeners of the biggerpockets podcast and we are ready to begin investing.  

We are looking for a realtor in San Antonio with investor experience. We have narrowed down the areas we would like for buy and hold and need someone who knows the market well and can send us deals in the area (Multi family properties and SFR's). We have done our research, built our calculators, driven the neighborhoods and looked at houses, but we are hitting a road block when it comes to finding a realtor with investment experience.

Our goal is to buy at least 3 properties this year and are looking to establish contacts and relationships with people in the area who know what the heck they are doing! Please let us know if you have a realtor,  wholesaler or contractor you trust in the area.
