Hey all! USMC vet here and full time high school teacher/coach. I'm 27 and am extremely interested in getting into real estate investing. I'd love any advice or any suggestions/tips at all! I'm REALLY new and have no real estate background. I'm also living in NE San Antonio, Texas - and hope to purchase a multi-family home sometime next year.

Thank you @Marlon Fong @Account Closed my goal is to get approved for a zero down VA loan to invest in a tri or quad plex and move in (house hacking is the term I've come to learn - correct?). My hopes are to rent out the other 2-3 units and live rent free. Obviously - after the podcast last night - there is a lot of information I must learn in order to realize what a good or bad deal may be. I know this is going to take time - and I'm in no rush. Looking to probably invest next year - and the webinar next week would be good for me I believe to watch (how to buy your first rental property in 90 days or less). I appreciate all of your comments and would love to connect with any of you!
