I have been using The Hoffman Team for 5 years now and think they are the best in Little Rock.

Jamie and David are awesome!

Thanks, @Justin Wawrzyniak , please feel free to PM me if you can point us in the right direction.

As Justin mentioned, we are looking for Mortgage Broker that services Indiana and has solid contact with community banks in that market.

@Matthew Gu Both are great areas. I can speak for apartments in these "suburbs" of Little Rock, but they are actually cities on their own. Sherwood has a couple of pockets that are not as attractive as most of it, but it is not major.

North of Gravel ridge road can be patchy, closer to Jacksonville. Typically I will rather be away from the highways.

You need to consult your property manager before buying.

@Idris Haroon.

First, I would like to say SORRY, but I don't have the time to read all the comments above.

But I would like to put in my 0.20 cents worth...

1. your financial adviser, what experience in Real Estate does he/she have?

2. Does he has a passive income RE portfolio?

3. did you work out your break-even point in your portfolio?

4. Did he explains to you what the break-even point is? (if not, move on!)

5. What "Bag" is he concerned about? are your properties' cash flowing well? and have equity in them?

Please answer the questions above so we can give you a genuine answer!

I highly recommend the Jake & Gino event this November in Orlando. The networking is invaluable, I met 2-3 business partners and many fellow investors in MM3.

I like it so much that I'm traveling all the way from New Zealand!!!

See you there.

Hey @Jordan D'Silva Syndication as a whole is a good way to start, especially if you are investing with the right deal sponsors / general partners. (this is the group that typically finds and manages the deal).

More often than not you will be investing as a passive investor, most syndication has a minimum of $50k and may require you to be a sophisticated or accredited investor this is depending on the "permit' they get from the SEC.

Jake and Gino own RAND Partners, I have few friends that invested with them and they are very happy.
They also have a coaching business which is great.

Another one to check out is Chris Jackson from Sharpline Equity.

one thing is for sure, the most important is to invest with a reputable Syndicator. you invest in the operators and not in the property!!
