We currently have 3 houses under contract and more to come so we are looking to establish a relationship with two to three private lenders. We are a HomeVestor franchise so we are able to borrow from them but we are looking into other options as well. We are located near Greensboro, NC. Home in a  desirable neighborhood in Greensboro North Carolina. It is a golf course community. House currently rented for $1350 a month with lease expiring in December 2016.  Tenets may be agreeable to moving prior to lease expiring.
