Home in a  desirable neighborhood in Greensboro North Carolina. It is a golf course community. House currently rented for $1350 a month with lease expiring in December 2016.  Tenets may be agreeable to moving prior to lease expiring. 

House built in 1978. It is in need of some updating which would run around $30,000. The ARV is approximately $250,000.
