This is a 3BR 1 BA house on a large lot with garage behind house. It is liveable now but needs repairs. Let me know if you'd like more info. Here are pictures of it when previous owners lived there. It is currently empty. Rents between $1000-$1200

we have one in Winston-Salem that is close to Wake Forest University that would rent for $1100-$1300 a month. Asking $75,000 but need to sell so taking offers.

Great Location! Wonderful home with plenty of space just waiting to be updated. Ranch style house with basement. Would make a great rehab house or keep for rental. Just needs cosmetic work for rehab. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus basement and large screened in porch and 2 car carport. Square footage is 1548 but that does not include the basement. After repair value is $200,000.

Neat lodge style house house near Wake Forest University! Hand made bricks on oldest portion of the house, it has two additions. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 8 rooms total. To rehab it would need around $35,000 but to rent much less. Houses rent easily on the area to professors and grad students. House is under contract to close at the end of the month. Let me know if you are interested.
