Hi Bianca!  Thanks for your reply.  We have a house in High Point that is already rented to a section 8 person for 850 a month. We are asking $48,000 for that one. We have a duplex in High Point is well that would rent for 350 to 375 per side. One side wouldn't need much at all to rent the other side needs some repairs. Price for that one is $30,900

We have one in Greensboro that is a 2/1 that will need some repairs and we are selling that one for $28,000.

We have another one in Burlington that is a one bedroom one bath house that is already rented with section 8 person . Price on that one is $29,000.

And the other one we have is also in Burlington. It is a three bedroom one bath house in a good location and the price is $43,500.
