Thanks for your reply. I am looking at the comps in the area to determine the ARV. This house has more square footage and a three car detatched garage that the other homes in the area don't have. There is a house on the same street that sold in August for $145,000. It has 3 BR and 1.5 Baths and the square footage is 1257. This house has 3 BR and 2 Baths and has 1619 square feet.

I am new to flipping and I am looking at a single family home that is a 3 BR 2 BA with a three car detached garage. The asking price is $99,000 and the tax value is $139,700. The kitchen and baths need updating, deck needs repairs and it needs a new roof.  I am still waiting on financing to be approved but want to be ready one it is. My fiance will do most of the work. Thanks for your help! 

Hi everyone!

I am in the process of learning as much as I can while I wait for my loan to go through. Hopefully I will have the money to purchase my first flip in 3 to 4 weeks. I just discovered this site and am looking forward to all it has to offer!
