100%. Grandma is a very successful businesswoman .

She lives in a country where Real Estate prices are in a bubble like here in 2005/6. She experienced many cycles and knows(feels) that Real Estate prices in America are going to increase (at least because of inflation)

She is not expecting even a payback from the loan, ( she says: don't pay me anything now, after you sell it and make a difference) but we want to give her this 3 % anyways

Welcome to BP!

I think that you can be more successful davka because you are a woman

There are many women sellers (widows, divorcees, inheritance) that they would be more comfortable dealing with you

For buyers you don't have to worry. If you have a good deal..you have a bunch of buyers

Chris Rohde

Welcome to BP!

I am also a "new registered member" but I was in this fantastic website for a while

I bought a SFH in a great area at a good price and rented it out following BPs advice (getting great help in what to look at ,and getting best tenants from next day after closing)

Now I am trying to learn more about multi Family investing

The info here is priceless

I wish you a successful and happy investing

Maybe one of the best options would be to let your sister in the house and try to pay something to your uncle with a loan or with everyones help

Then try to find an alternative housing for your sister, and only then to sell the property and divide the money

you can start a campaign
