Yes. You will need capital to buy real estate. When you get more specific on what those big dreams are you will be ready to crush it w/the power of real estate. All of the information is out there you just need to spend a little more time looking for it. Man. Being a professional ball player one can only assume you have a good (higher than average) amount of money to push into real estate.. sometimes that can be a bad thing for a lot of people 

I think it would be best to find someone you trust currently investing in real estate and partnering up on a few deals
