Best tips and tricks of real estate for a young man 18 years old!

Somebody can tell if I wanna to join this world of real estate do I need a capital ? Cause I'm not working I don't have a job and I try to get a mentor who can help me and be my close friend even if I am to young but not for my big dreams it's time to change

1: Get educated. As in go to college even if you have to start at a community college. You will find that in today's world this can hold you back.

2: Go get a job. It's hard to do anything without some spending money.

3: Learn about real estate. Get some books from the masters. read them.

4: Not sure about Buying in Dubai - But buy yourself a place to live in. Preferably combined with a rental. If you can get yourself a 2-4 unit property you will be way ahead of the game.
