Our company is looking to liquidate a great rental property in Ajo, Az. We recently put a brand new A/C unit on the home and cleaned it up to be rent ready. Asking $59,900 this home should get you anywhere from $650-$750 a month for rent. If you get a renter in for $700 per month your annual return will be over 14%.
