Hello! I just found about this site when looking for financing options for my next property! I'm excited to now be a part of the community! I started investing in Milwaukee, WI, a little over 2 years ago. Started with a duplex and then found a condo a year later for a steal. All units are rented with decent cash flow and great tenants. I realize, however, I have LOT to learn! Real Estate to me is... addicting, exciting and I can't get enough! Looking forward to learning from all of you!
