Here in Denver we actually have a restaurant depo where you can get papertowels, utensils, etc. in bulk. But not sure what there is in your area.

@Ben Callahan, you could find a partner who is looking to buy a similar property, be a co-signer to your partner, and have that person live in it and be a primary resident.

Hey All, I saw this post recently about Home Builder Inventory being high, showing signs of a recession coming. Wondering what people's thoughts are. I'm sure this isn't looking at the whole picture, but wanted to start a discussion around it. 

Hey @Nate Marroquin, Do you have a year lease in place for your current home? That can offset your debt to improve your DTI, but it needs to be a year lease. You may think about buying a SFH instead of multi-family if you're working with a lower price point. Let's chat more about it and see what your options are.

Hello @Christopher Reynolds! Love the big dreams and that you are putting it out there. There are some strategies to make the numbers work in Denver, but in general, you are correct that prices make it challenging, if not impossible to make the numbers work.
