New to real estate & building a pocket neighborhood!

Hi everyone! I'm excited to be joining this incredible group of individuals. Looking forward to learning and growing with you all!

A little about me... I have renovated my own home (which I now rent out), and I've begun the process of building my DREAM community - a pocket neighborhood in the foothills of Colorado. But I have a ton to learn to make this project successful.

Since this opportunity came up, I've begun to take real estate more seriously as a path to financial freedom. I'm a software engineer on a sabbatical trying to find my path out of the corporate world.

Looking forward to connecting! :)

Fair question. Fortunately for me all my friends have already called dibs! But in all seriousness, there will also be covenants around renting. This kind of community is designed to attract certain individuals that share the same values for the outdoors, smaller living, and a healthy community. I'm not the first to build to this design and type of community so I'll be reaching out to the experts when the time comes.
