@Craig Curelop Thanks for sharing the different investing strategies. When starting this journey, I originally wanted to go into rentals, however, I am now considering BRRRR, and also Wholesaling. What's your opinion on wholesaling in the Denver region? My plan is to start with wholesaling to get enough cash for house hacking because I'm in grad school right now so my income is low.
