We are looking for one good person with sales experience to come and join our hard working real estate investment company. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level.

Everyone wants to know, so let’s figure out what you’ll make in this position before you read another word...

Compensation: 100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $80k plus per year is possible. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck. A great salesperson will earn $50,000+ with us, but a star salesperson will earn well over $80,000 into six figures in year #2.

Schedule: Flexible schedule, work from home. No commute!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database.

2. Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash.

3. Be skilled at overcoming objections in order to purchase a house for our company.

4. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

What does the ideal candidate look like? Well let me tell you..

First and foremost teachable. He/she love self improvement by reading books, watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading blogs, or any other success rituals out there.

You’re a fast starter and quick learner. You are skilled and leverage people skills and sales talents to build a lasting career.

You can follow instructions and are committed to following through.

You are good at reading people. In fact, you thrive on trying to figure people out. You understand how to work with many types of personalities.

You desire to network with others in order to build rapport in the local real estate community.

You enjoy meeting with people and “uncovering their story”. You’re able to hear a story and help people solve a problem.

Who would you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

We market heavily in Washington, Iron, and Kane County. We provide quality pre-vetted leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.

We work with mostly with homeowners who need to sell their home for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.

You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.

We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RESUME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS AD.

What is the link in the marketplace? A "good deal" means different things for different buyers. At first glance your numbers are close, but don't work. Maybe there is something small we can do to make them work. The BP marketplace is great.....But our marketplace is small and most buyers are not looking on BP. We need to talk about emailing the deal out to our buyers list. Call me!

@Ane Fainga'a

Our market is crazy hot like Salt Lake... maybe even hotter, more like Vegas.

The scary part is you guys have jobs to support the growth, we don't. We have retirement money and everyone else does "service" businesses to support the retirement money. That and it trickles down from real estate construction jobs.

Right now we are just wholesaling as much as possible and doing a couple flips a year.

Lots of opportunity in any market. The deals are harder to find but when you find them they sell lightning quick and for top $$$.

For our team we want to be fishing in different ponds then everyone else. MLS and anything online is competitive. We do a lot of direct mail to find sellers, then negotiate and figure out what is the best option with "the deal"... wholesale, wholesale or flip.

I'm not flipping "a lot" right now but we will if "the slow dime is a better approach then a quick nickel".

There is no easy money... but deals can be found!

I second @William Hochstedler advise...

You will get what you put into it and Networking is about what you give, not what you get.   Be the best = get the best!

Each of these REIA's are great and filled with great investors with tons of knowledge.
