For the last 2 years I figure I had it pretty sweet with the leads I was getting. Recently I parted ways with them do to ethics conflicts and now... very little business for me....

Does direct mail work anymore? What does?

I would think that the banks are really smart and planning took place 30 years ago for today's day with the Garn-St. Germain ruling. We can guess pretty well the inflation (price rising) and interest rate rises that will take place. Is it possible that Due-on sale will come back to haunt us and profit the banks? Is it possible the banks news this 30 years ago?
