We are currently looking for good people with sales experience to come and join our hard working, and growing, real estate investment company. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level.

This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment. You will go on the appointment and speak with the sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office and can basically set your own schedule. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn in the process. We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps. Compensation: 100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $50-80k (or more!) per year. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be. A great salesperson will earn $50,000 with us, but a starsalesperson will earn well over $80,000. Quality leads will be provided for you for FREE. Your average commission per deal will be $1000-$2000, sometimes much larger.

Schedule: Flexible schedule, work from home. No commute!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database.

2. Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash.

3. Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed.

4. Must be able to overcome objectives & negotiate well.

5. Must be able to manage leads & ongoing follow ups with prospects.

6. Must be motivated to bring in outside business.

7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

8. Must be able and comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM).

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Our dream person is first and foremost teachable. They love to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading blogs, or any other success rituals out there. They're a fast starter and quick learner. They can follow instructions and are committed to following through. They are good at reading people. In fact, you thrive on trying to figure people out. They understand how to work with many types of personalities. They enjoy meeting with people and “uncovering their story”. They’re able to hear a story and help people solve a problem.

Who would you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

We market heavily in Clark County. We provide quality pre-vetted leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.

We work with mostly with homeowners who need to sell their home for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.

You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.

We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.
