Real estate investors looking to add a new member to our small, powerful team. This position will answer incoming marketing calls. The perfect fit is an upbeat, self-motivated, confident person who loves interfacing with people and is interested in long-term growth. This is an work from home position. You must be available to take phone calls from 9-5 throughout the day. You must have a quiet independent workspace to make and receive phone calls.

Requirements:

- Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone

- You will be taking up to 200 calls per week so you need to be

available and have lots of "people fuel"

- Can work from home with no problem

- Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with callers

- Must be kind, yet firm with the ability to keep control of phone conversations

- Learn quickly and take constructive criticism

- Must have own phone and computer, able to enter data into computer based CRM system

- Know the St George/Vegas area or be willing to learn it

Payment:

- This will be a bi-monthly salary position with bonuses for high performance paid monthly.

- The better you do to set us up to close the deal the more money you will make
