Hi everyone, my name is Andrea.  I am from a small town near Moab, Utah.  I worked as a speech pathologist for a few years before I had kids, but have been a stay at home mom ever since we started our family 15 years ago.   My husband and I recently became interested in real estate investing as a form of tax relief. As we did more research, we realized real estate could be another tool to help us reach our future financial goals.  We are currently under contract for our first rental property in our town.  Because we are in such a small town, real estate opportunities are very limited!  We have been looking to purchase other properties in the Provo/ Utah Valley Area/ or salt Lake City area (because we travel their frequently.)

I am loving all the BP podcasts and have been reading constantly.  I feel like I am back in college studying real estate.  I wanted to joint BP to get more advice as we look for our next investment property.
