I agree it does look like that. It doesn't make much sense to me either, since three weeks is the minimum amount of time a course will take (that I found.) Not many people can take off for three weeks.

According to a link I got from Ohio.gov, you need to "be a resident of a state that has a reciprocal agreement with Ohio."

I have been sending out direct mail letters for a almost two months now, looking for a flip, and also "trying" to wholesale any deal that doesn't match my criteria. I have recently seen several discussions, that have gotten me to thinking I should get my RE license to give me the option of listing some of the houses I mail to that don't quite match an investors criteria. My question is, would having a license effect wholesaling at all here in Ohio? Also I don't want to be driving people around looking at houses, is it possible to just be a listing agent, or do brokers frown on that? Is there anyone who does what I am thinking of doing? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Thanks,
David

Thanks @James Wise I have been looking all over for a Ohio online school, and wasn't able to find one. Now I know why.

Nice job on the flip. It looks like it went really well for a first flip (or even a 20th flip.) @Karl Pierre loved your advice. It makes a lot of sense, and is something I have been thinking about lately. Thanks, David
