Would A Real Estate License Help?
I have been sending out direct mail letters for a almost two months now, looking for a flip, and also "trying" to wholesale any deal that doesn't match my criteria. I have recently seen several discussions, that have gotten me to thinking I should get my RE license to give me the option of listing some of the houses I mail to that don't quite match an investors criteria. My question is, would having a license effect wholesaling at all here in Ohio? Also I don't want to be driving people around looking at houses, is it possible to just be a listing agent, or do brokers frown on that? Is there anyone who does what I am thinking of doing? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.
Thanks,
David

You could certainly be a listing agent, exclusively.
Having your RE license is a plus, for the knowledge of the laws.
Give me a call when you get a chance. Ill go into the wholesaling portion of it a bit.
Thanks,
Steve
