@John Horner  That is what I was thinking. It may be a pain over the phone, but I think I will have to suck it up and do it. :) How often do you follow up?

@Joseph Ball What other "low hanging fruit" are you referring to? I have been mailing to probates for a few months now, so you have my attention.

I was getting around one lead every day. Once I scaled it up to 100 letters a day, I was getting 4 maybe leads a day. If you have the systems in place, by all means hit it hard. But if your like I was, starting with no experience, I would suggest starting a little slower just to figure out what your going to do with the leads as they come in. You could probably start a little faster then I did, but just find a number that works for you.

EDIT: I just read your bio, you have been doing some investing for a while. I think you can start with a few more letters then I did. :)

@Mehran Kamari Yes, I am focusing on wholesaling and rehabs. I currently have been sending letters with my email, but have only received a handful of emails.

@Antonio Coleman  Are you saying I don't have to mail at all? Or when the leads come in, vet them and then send them over to my website?

I have really enjoyed your blog articles these past couple of months, and have been working on building a website of my own. I will probably be reaching out to CMG here in the next month or two.

Thanks for the responses.

Hey BP,

I have been updating my seller lead sheet, and am wondering about emails. I have noticed from other peoples lead sheets and forms that they have a place for email. Do you ask for it? How do you use it if you do get it? All I can picture is the pain of trying to get some really screwy email over the phone. Is it worth it. Thanks in advance.

I am new at this, but I would agree with @John Horner. When I first started mailing, I would send out just 25 letters a day, so that I could figure out what to do with the leads as they came in. It really helped me handle it all as a total newb. Good luck.

Hey @Brian Hayes thanks for getting this rolling again. I am not sure if I will be able to make it, but I will see what I can do.
