I am not new here, but I thought I'd introduce myself since @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin were nice enough to give me a plug on the most recent Podcast, #100!

Ps. Josh, it was definitely JACK Horner in the nursery rhyme, but I appreciate the effort :)

I've been wholesaling for about 18 months now in the Columbus, OH market where I live! I sold my first 2 wholesales to the same cash buyer (who I met through BP) in late 2013. We decided we worked well together, both brought valuable skills to the table, so we started an LLC in January of 2014 and began our partnership.

In 2014 so far we've closed 17 deals.  Our core strategy is to market vigorously for motivated seller, and when a lead comes in that works, we decide whether to wholesale it, wholeTAIL it, fix and flip it or keep it as a rental!  We have already scheduled to double our marketing budget for 2015 and hopefully with a little better efficiency we will complete 40 deals!

My partner @Brian R. and I both value our families and our integrity.  Neither of us want to work 40 hours a week, we just want the freedom of time!  Our goal is not to be bazillionaires, if we get there someday great, but the goal is to do what we love and spend as much of the little time we have on this earth with the people we love... and have FUN doing it!
