@Maria Fernandez  I'm not "seasoned" but I know your struggle.  Just to add to what was already mentioned, check out Ricky Carruth's FREE coaching.  I can't post the link but it's called Zero to Diamond.   Another book is Kevin Ward's The Book of Yes.  Unfortunately you will never "know enough" so you have to change your mindset and be confident.  Your broker should  provide support and training and in some cases even have a mentor program.  Hope this helps!

@Provi Hall why do you feel that way about eXp? They have a mentor program for new agents.

@Beata Williams statistically your brokerage has little to do with why a client chooses to wrk with you.

Your brokerage should provide you with all the tools and training you need and at the best split/cap.

D you own your own PM company?

@Jake Davis I'm doing exactly what you want to do.  I wanted to replace my "day" job with rentals and thought why not get  licensed  and do  sales too.  I think it's a  great way to learn about real estate however investing and market sales  to buyers looking for primary residence  isn't the same.  That's not to  say you can't do it or won't  learn.  You  can work with investors also.  It's also challenging at times when  the FT job  gets in the way.  But I'm committed to doing this so I can  get  out my FT job.  Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.

@Jordan Bowley  You can be an  agent at exp and also work for a separate PM company however, you would need to be a full Broker and have permission from both BIC’s to do dual brokerage.  Let me know if that makes sense or if you have questions.

@Jordan Bowley I don’t believe eXp has a non-compete however you cannot do PM under exp. it would have to be separate. I will get confirmation on it for you.

@Tiffany Perry fyi exp realty does not allow property management so if she's doing it it should be under a separate entity.

Interview as many brokerages as you can and then pick the one that fits your goals.
