@Mike Cumbie oh yea gotcha. That $250 per transaction fee is only after you cap and you are then at 100%. If you do 20 transactions after capping the fee goes down to $75.

@Mike Cumbie there's no $400-$500 per transaction fee at exp. We have $25 broker review fee and $40 E&O capped at $500/yr.

@Michelle Verdugo you can certainly learn a lot by getting your license but only if you are actively using it or utilizing the broker's training.  There are regular fees involved with being a licensed agent so you'd probably want to use it for more than just learning.
