New real estate agent buying quadplex
My husband and I have decided to buy a multi family property in Fl. We're looking to house hack and hope to get atleast 3 units and reside in 1 for the first year. I'm already a licensed agent in Fl. and want to represent our deal but I have been traveling and inactive for about 2 years; I only actively worked for a year prior (and I've never sold a multi). I'm currently considering eXp realty or century 21 for brokerage but I feel fairly new and not sure if I'll be to get the necessary guidance to help me properly negotiate and execute this deal. I'm a little nervous about what to ask and know before making an offer and I've been doing a lot of research on laws and such but would love some advice as I'll be the agent and also the buyer.
