I love exp. 

Most of the time you will need to generate your own leads.  

Exactly @Marian Huish.  I understand prohibiting posts that promote exp outside of the marketplace but it's ridiculous that we can't even respond with a comment to someone else's post asking about exp yet there are plenty of other comments "promoting" other brokerages that have been left up for years. 

I'm technically Part Time.  I say technically because I'm trying to transition out of my FT gig into RE FT.

What kind of training is provided at no cost? Do you provide a one on one mentor? What kind of tools (CRM, Lead Gen, Website, Transaction Management, etc)do you provide? How easily can I get my questions answered and how? How many steams of income can I generate with your model? Do I own my leads if I leave? Do you(the broker) maintain a copy of my leads if I leave? What happens to my listings/pending if I leave? What fees do you charge and why?

@Account Closed keep in mind when a company is experiencing huge growth in agent count, you are dividing the year end number of agents by the volume generated over the course of that year which does skew that average volume per agent number.  

IMO, if you are killing it wherever you are now, you would kill it with eXp while also amassing stocks and, if you so chose, revenue share which would cover life after real estate sales.
