Is there a seasoning period before you can cash out refi if you buy the first one all cash?

So Michael Noto an origination fee, the greater of 2% or $3500, is as absurd as I felt it was? Also prepayment penalty of 5% per year? Do you have a private lender you can recommend? Thanks in advance.

Michael Sato thanks. I just sent in a report that your message uncovered. I got an email you mentioned me but there's nothing within the app and no link to the thread in the app. Thanks again.

I just joined a couple weeks ago and the issue I'm having with the iOS app is when I Follow a thread it shows I am following and I get an email alert for the thread but there's no notification within the app or link to the thread.  I also would like to know where we should be providing app feedback.  Thanks!

John sorry for the noob questions but I just realized my out of state LLC doesn't have a physical address so I'm not sure what address would go on the checks when I open the account. Would it be the registered agents address or my principal address in my state? It seems illogical to have an address in my state if the LLC is in another state. Thanks in advance.

Hello all. I'm finally taking the leap of faith and getting into real estate investing. My LLC is setup in a state I don't live. Should I open a bank account with a national bank or a local bank? Is there a need to have a bank that has a branch in the state that the LLC is in? Is there an advantage either way? Thanks in advance.
