New member in New Jersey looking to do first deal (househack)

Hi Everyone!

It's a pleasure to meet all of you! I'm very grateful to have discovered the BP community. I've been learning so much from the podcasts and forum discussions.

I'm brand new to real estate but has been really inspired to achieve financial freedom through real estate. I have a finance/accounting background and currently works full time.

I'm looking to get into doing my first deal through house hacking a multifamily in the New Jersey area. I'm currently located in central Jersey (Union).

Does anyone have recommendations for real estate agents in this area? As well as any recommendations on good areas for house hacking in New Jersey?

Thank you and look forward to getting to know more like minded people here. :)
