Anyone doing helocs on non owner occupied?

@jordan i filed an appeal on a property i bought several years back. They reduced it some but not much, they want to know about improvments, whether it's habitable ect. Weather some one lives there ect. They can be sneaky. They will take pictures before your hearing. 

@Account Closed I own several properties in Montgomery county.   And I've always felt like Karl Keith and his gang run what I call a, "tax as they see fit," operation.

@robin Williams was the 80k loan a line of credit or did you take out a loan?

Was recently turned down for an equity  loan on a rental property by Wells Fargo.  The property is free and clear and cash flowing.   I do have ccard debt and that my be the reason.  Looking for sources for down payment money so I can move forward.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  

@Robin Williams I too am looking for credit sources.  Preferably credit Line.  I have a rental free and clear and cash flowing and the bank still turned me down. What is a ULOC 

@JR Pentolino where are you getting capital for your venture ect. 

@Joel Florek will your bank let you get cash out at closing even if the seller is carrying a note?
