Almost every real estate agent is going to tell you that zillow is bad. If it's bad, then why do they use it to post listings all day long? Their numbers aren't 100% but they are a good source to find what's out there.

I'm right there with you on that one. Wal Mart street needs to stay OUT of residential real estate!

I've read about wholesaling. Could somebody please tell me, 1. where do you find properties to wholesale? 2. Most of the time, a motivated seller would have mortgage or some sort of lien on the property. 3.How do you wholesale a property with a lien on it? Can you? 4.Do you do a title search like a regular buying transaction? 5. Is there a specific wholesaling contract?
