Have a property that is free and clear and needs alot of work. Electric, water, drywall, ect. If I was to land contact it to someone, and wanted to borrow on it there after, could I give them a certain time frame to do repairs?

@Danial my entire experience has been local. Let me know how it goes for you. Do you plan to hire a management co. Ect.

@mark I have notice a similar filing just this year on a property in Dayton Ohio. The decendent has been deceased since 2006. Thanks for the input. I will have to check it out.
