Hey buddy!  We did trade some emails about sub2 the last few days too...small world....

Well..You know how to find me if you need anything buddy!

I have done a number of subject to deals.  Great way to buy property.  Just make sure your paperwork is in order and the cashflow is right like any other deal.  

If you have not done a sub2 deal before, I highly suggest you get some help from someone who has. Even if you need to JV with them, it is well worth it. There are lots of places where you can get caught particularly around the paperwork needed to protect everyone involved.
