I made 50% of my goals for 2013. I believe my goals were a bit optimistic and my experience at the beginning of 2013 was minimal. I did not get a wholesale deal which was one of my goals. I believe I didn't not put enough emphasis on following up with clients as well as my poor negotiating skills made me realize I had some learning/growing to do ( adjustments have been made and continuing to better my wholesaling skills and business model). I am dangerously close to acquiring a rental property (which should close dec 30th) I believe my success with this goal is greatly attributed to my team of awesome people who have helped me through the process. Some of these people are BP :) (more of this information coming soon to the success stories thread if everything continues to go well). My other goal was my credit which I have gain 100+ points this year!! I have but a lot of focus and pressure on myself to accomplish this goal. I MUST BE BANKABLE !

I see a lot of posts regarding goals for the upcoming year 2014 which is great, but I thought discussing our successes and failures of 2013 will help contribute to the successes of our 2014 goals.
