Hello all ,my name is Randy. I live in the north east part of Pennsylvania near the Pocono. I bought my first multifamily property in 2010. I lived in the building and made my second purchase a single family hud owned home. I'm currently only 50, 000 in debt with 150,000 in equity. I'm looking to expand my portfolio of rental property and possibly get into some flipping.

Hi @Randy Bachor and welcome to BP! That's great that you have a couple of deals under your belt. Congratulations! Keep moving forward. Talk to @Joe Fairless on how he quickly moved from a few properties to controlling over $7M of real estate in a short amount of time.

For your flipping venture, check out J Scott's forum posts like the FAQ here. He'll get you in the right direction on flipping.
