Real estate goals of 2014

purchase 3 cash flowing rental properties

purchase a property using seller financing

wholesale/partner on a flip in my localish (made that word up haha) market (santa maria ca)

Make myself more bankable

increase my credit score to 740+ (at 680 now) ps... start of 2013 it was 540! so I've been working hard on this!

Increase my line of credit to $15,000 ( at $7000 now)

Find a partner to increase deal flow : )

Those thirsty clowns... I feel bad for the victims. The Victims probably refers to these people as "investors" too : / no wonder we get a bad wrap sometimes.
