My name is Mike, I'm brand new to the real estate business.
Background consists of helping my Uncle renovate a home in Jersey prior to joining the USN.
I took one real estate class in San Diego Community College about a year and a half ago.
I'm from Jersey originally, but am currently stationed in Lemoore, California.
My occupation deals with in the field of aviation. Objectives in relation to real estate is to own five rental properties. Learn and share my knowledge of real estate.
I stumbled onto BP, from doing a background search of a free real estate event. After reading the response of others about the class I realized the wealth of information from contributors. Still reading more about the site, it was only the smart choice to sign up and become active.

I live in Hanford. We are currently buying houses in Hanford/Lemoore area for buy hold. We also bought one of our houses hear using the rest of our VA loan. My husband is active duty navy stationed at NAS Lemoore. In addition to owning houses here, we own houses all over and I manage them myself. Let me know if I can help.
