This month, we are getting back to the fundamentals of business and mastering COMMUNICATION. Now before you click out of this email because who wants to hear that boring "C" word, hear me out:
How much easier would making an offer to a seller be if you knew exactly what language and order it needed to be presented in to get a YES?
How much more efficient would hiring + training be if you knew exactly which personality characteristics excelled in that role (yes, this includes VA's too!)?
Wouldn't it be pretty cool to understand how to build rapport with anyone from a seller to a potential PML easily and effortlessly? (Psssst: It’s not about finding commonality with the other person or even getting the other person to like you).
For those of you who don't know-- In my obsession with continuing to grow my knowledge and our business(es), I decided to get my Master Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) in 2021. Never heard of it? Promise you're not alone there! Long story short, NLP is an extremely powerful set of tools which allow us to think, communicate, and manage ourselves and others more effectively so that we can DO more, BE more, and HAVE more in our lives.
This, paired with understanding the DISC assessment, have become critical in helping us to build rapport quickly and effortlessly, uncovering a person's communication styles and speaking in their language for faster results, presenting our offer in the right order, and hiring and training employees and VA's.
This month, I am going to be diving into some JUICY tips I've learned over the years that we now use in our business (and also every day lives) that have been MAJOR keys to sales, closing, communication, and negotiating.
