This month's Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, February 21st at 6:30 pm and we will be meeting at Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (Exit 30) at 130 Harbour Place Drive, Davidson, NC 28036!

We are super excited to have Sam Wegert as our speaker this month! Featured on The BiggerPockets Podcast (Episode 560)— he has a FASCINATING story and SO much knowledge to share.

Sam, also known as the CoLiving Guy, is an entrepreneur, a coach, and a real estate investor focusing on CoLiving. He is passionate about CoLiving and providing people with a more affordable housing option that is also clean, quiet, and safe. Because of CoLiving, he was able to retire his wife and himself at 23 years old. Together, they own 8 short-term rentals and 150+ CoLiving doors. Sam is now transitioning into a passive role in his business to focus on coaching other people achieve financial freedom through CoLiving.

Sam is a wealth of knowledge and is going to take us through multiple important lessons he's learned along the way to hopefully help speed up all of our learning curves. Some of those lessons include:
