@Don Konipol Hey Don! What kind of strategies are you using on LinkedIn? I feel it is a very underused platform for marketing, but I am not exactly sure how to go about using it to find leads as it is so different from other social media platforms!

@Kevin B. @Account Closed We host a meet up in the Lake Norman area (about 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte) every third Wednesday of the month. The next one will be on January 16th, we would love to have y'all!

Join us on the third Wednesday of every month for an informal meet up to discuss real estate with like-minded individuals in the Lake Norman area! This meeting is for wholesaler's, rehabber's, buy/hold, property management, commercial, residential, realtors, contractors, and lenders - newbies to advanced. Bring your business cards and come and network with us! We will be bringing in speakers in the new year. Please let us know if you have any specific topics or speakers you would like to hear from!

Although the meeting starts at 6:30, please feel free to come even if you are going to be late (we know how traffic and life can get in the way!). Going forward, we will probably aim to keep the meetings to an hour (maybe hour and a half) and if you want to stay after to network you are more than welcome!

Hello everyone! 

We typically meet on the third Wednesday of every month at the Harvey's in Cornelius, but due to the craziness of the holidays and the positive response from the meet up group, we will be having November's meeting at one of our current renovation projects in Davidson that is finishing up. This meet up will be "open house-esque," and we will go through the renovations done, the lessons learned, and of course there will be networking! Light drinks and snacks will also be provided.

Feel free to come by anywhere between 11-1 and we look forward to seeing you and hearing your opinions!

Hi everyone! There seems to be many experiences and opinions in this thread and I would love to talk to some of you further. I am a new(ish) investor as well as a licensed broker. I have put off affiliating with a brokerage for a year while I was getting my feet wet with investing but I am ready to affiliate now. I am having a very hard time deciding between a traditional brokerage like KW or a virtual brokerage like EXP.
