Welcome home! Good choice to join BP! I'm relatively new myself although I have purchased a couple of homes both were my primary residence but one was a HUD and the other was an REO. If you don't have a realtor let me know. I have a very good one. I also have a handyman service and could help you some there, too. Build a good team around you! Good luck!

Rebecca, welcome to BP and REI! Congratulations on your first steps. You are headed in the right direction. Work hard to find that good first deal and surround yourself with quality people. I'm new to BP and look forward to learning from and sharing with others. I'm an educator looking to wholesale, buy and flip, and buy and hold real estate in the Tulsa area.  I'm also working part time as a handyman.

If I find a CPA that knows real estate and I trust I will let you know.   Look hard and I'm sure you will find something that fits your needs.
