Welcome, @Shannan M. to BP.  I live at the other end of Hwy 97 in Sand Springs.  You will want to check out the local Tulsa area BP Meet Up. You will get to meet other people in the REI world. They will range from the beginner to the more advanced investors. Be sure and listen to the BP Podcasts and check out the books and tools for analyzing deals. Good luck and hopefully will see you at the next Meet Up.

Jacob, I have visited with two attorneys. A realtor friend of mine recommended David Dryer. He is active in Tulsa REIA and is also president of True Title & Escrow. I also visited with Brian Huddelston. I really like Brian and I'm using him as my attorney.

Welcome @Mani Mun to BP and Tulsa! There are great opportunities in both. Continue listening to the podcasts, download and read the BP book Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate. Attend local REIA meetings and get to know other investors. We do have BP Meet Ups each month. We had one this past Thursday. Watch for the next Tulsa BP Meet Up in Community - Networking Events. You may want to start Wholesaling or with Mobile Homes. You will need a little money to start via loan in cash. Good luck and hope to see you at the next BP Meet Up.

Thanks, @Nate Garrett for great valuable information!  I'm looking at properties to buy and hold and this information confirms some of my beliefs.  I know that the Tulsa market is growing but still the most desirable areas are those you confirmed.  Thanks again!

Welcome, @Chris Cavner to REI and BP. I would recommend going it alone, too if that is a possibility. Once you have a history of successful investments then you may want to leverage other peoples money in a partnership. Good luck and God Bless!
