Welcome, @Renee Huffaker to BP!   How long have you lived in Bixby? We lived there  from 1989-2006.  We now live in Sand Springs and I'm just starting my investing.  Be sure and check out all of the great tools, books, forums, and blogs on Bigger Pockets.  There is also a BP Tulsa Meet Up next September 29th.  I will not be able to make this event but hopefully we'll get to meet in the future.

Welcome, @Justin Foster to BP's. I've been on BP for several months and it has been a great resource. Be sure and check out the podcasts, webinars, REI tools, books and forums. I'm also a newbie and I'm looking to build a Rental Portfolio in the Tulsa area. I will do some flips to help finance my rentals. I've been in education for over 20 years and have changed directions and I'm excited at the opportunities that are available in real estate. Good luck in your investing.
